This 3 BD/ 3 BA townhome is in a riverfront community that offers the best of both worlds, from a communal swimming pool and fishing pier to a 10-minute walk (3 min golf cart ride) to the beach. Hardwood floors run throughout the main living area of the first floor giving the home a fresh look. You will enjoy an open concept kitchen, dining & living area as well as a screened-in porch overlooking the river; the fishermen, boats, and wildlife can be observed from anywhere in the room. Bedroom 1: 1 KING BED, Smart TV Bedroom 2: 1 QUEEN, Smart TV Bedroom 3: 2 TWIN BEDS, Smart TV During your stay you will enjoy the following amenities: Complimentary Wi-Fi, Smart TV’s throughout the house, AC/Heating, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, standard coffee maker, and all linens & towels (minus beach towels). Beach equipment is not provided, but if on the property you are welcome to use it. NO Smoking or Pets allowed. Check-in time: 4PM; Check-out time: 10AM. You must be at least 30 years old to rent this property. The property is monitored by a noise monitoring system. It does not listen or record but will alert you and the office if your group goes above the noise ordinance limit. If this occurs your group may be asked to vacate the property or be fined.
