We are paying close attention to recommendations put forth by the CDC and implementing additional precautions as they are recommended if necessary. We are putting 24 hour holds in between reservation to ensure the sanitation process. Location, Location, Location! Looking for the Breckenridge adventure, close to town? Look no further, this 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 1276 sq/ft townhouse is walking distance to downtown Breckenridge. The free bus (summit stage) also stops right outside the front door to take you skiing, shopping, and to many other areas of Summit County!  Walk up the road just a couple blocks to the Snow Flake Ski Lift! Pool and hot tubs are currently closed until further notice.  After a long day of adventure, relax in one of three community hot tubs or swim in the heated indoor/outdoor pool!  Want to just relax or spend time with family and friends?  Kick back watch a movie or play some games and cozy up to the warm wood fire place!  Smart TV in the master bedroom and Living Room!  Both bedrooms have an en-suite full bath!
