This home sits in a Victorian building from the early 1900's which is a statement of itself. We have maintained its historic brick details and fully updated the interior. We've really tried to honor Savannah, its beautiful coloring, and centuries of history. The home sits on a park steps from the river, the shopping district and all of the best restaurants. We've tried to transform your experience in this home. The brown plated patterns of the interior aesthetics are a stark contrast to the rustic brick of the exterior and the lush greenery of Savannah. This home is quiet, quaint and entirely livable. We hope you enjoy the comfy couch, fully equipped kitchen, and thoughtfully designed bedrooms. You have access to 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living area, and a kitchen. We are always reachable by phone or message and strive to make sure someone can be there within 30 minutes if there is ever an issue. Our property is located in beautiful Historic Downtown Savannah. All of the food, shopping and the river are right next door, a five minute walk or less. The neighborhood is clean and inviting with plenty of manicured parks to explore, unique shops to experience, and fine restaurants to try. Historic Downtown Savannah feels big but remains small, thus most destinations are walkable. If you prefer to drive, street parking and parking garages are readily available. If you prefer to ride we suggest you try the free shuttle that comes every 10 minutes and will tour you around all of Historic Downtown.
