Welcome to our cozy home which located in north San Jose 95131/South Bay Area. This house has two units. One is 3 bedroom with 1 bath. The other unit is 2 bedroom with 1 bath. Each unit has it's own entrance. There are no shared bedrooms and bathrooms. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood near the lovely Flickinger park. Near 88O, 68O, and 1O1 freeways. 4 miles from SJC. 3.6 miles to Japantown San Jose. 5 miles to downtown San Jose. 1 mile away to Lucky Supermarket. 1.8 miles away to Costco Wholesale. 1 mile away to 99 Ranch Chinese supermarket and a lot of asian restaurants such as Gen Korean BBQ House. 1 mile to light rail station. 2.8 miles to Great Mall.
I am a small business owner in South Bay Area. This is my first house in my life. I took very good care of it. I wish all my guests can enjoy stay here, treat it as your home, and follow house rules.
