Updated Kitchen and Baths on the Sea Pines Golf Condo near Harbourtown. Wonderful golf views and walk to Harbourtown. Wonderful 3 BR 3 BA condo with granite counter tops, updated new cabinets, new showers and very nicely appointed. New Bedroom furniture in upstairs bedroom and guest room has a queen and twin. One king is downstairs, another king upstairs, queen in guest room with twin and fold out couch in living room, sleeps nine people. Bike paths right near the condo with tennis courts right behind you only steps away. Perfect location with golf course views in the back of the condo. You can walk to Harbourtown where you can see the gorgeous yachts, have dinner at Crazy Crab or Quarterdeck and enjoy the best sunsets on the Island. Take the shuttle to the beach or ride your bike and enjoy miles of white sandy beaches on Hilton Head Island. Sea Pines Resort has over $100 Million in new amenities with the new Sea Pines Beach Club, new Sea Pines Plantation Golf Club and the new Harbourtown clubhouse.
