New England Vacation Rentals is a locally owned full service vacation rental and property management company that specializes in managing and marketing vacation home rentals in Cape Cod. We started out as “owners” renting our own homes and have a combined 35 years together in the business! As we continued to navigate the marketing of the rental market we took on several other “friend’s” rentals and over a few years grew to now managing over 250 vacation homes. We continue to expand our services and amenities that as requested by our guests and owners. We have a large number of pet friendly homes, summer homes with a/c, homes with Internet, homes with pools and homes on the water. All of our homes are professionally maintained. We strive to provide each guest and owner with exceptional quality, value, and customer service. We work with the local Cape Chamber of Commerce to offer 3 or 7 night stays at many of our homes during the Spring and Fall.

Follow the brick pathway to the second entrance unit #2. You enter into the kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave. Beautiful marble counter tops and sunken sink bring a luxurious feel to the kitchen. There's plenty of cabinet space and a breakfast bar that seats 4 for dining. The open concept kitchen/living area has high ceilings and French style doors that showcase the wonderful ocean views and lead you to the spacious deck. There is a couch, comfy chair and large flat screen TV.  Modern coastal accents throughout the home give Sea Breeze a very "cape cod" feel. Bedroom #1 is off the living room with a King bed, dresser, work station for remote working and flat screen TV.  This bedroom has access to the Jack and Jill bathroom as well as views of the ocean.  Bedroom #2 is off the kitchen and has a queen bed, dresser, closet and flat screen TV with access to the Jack and Jill bathroom at the back of the room.  Bedroom TVs are equipped with Roku technology for streaming and cable connectivity. Bathroom #1 is a Jack and Jill style, large full bath with beautiful blue and white tiles and a shower/tub combination, linen closet, and pedestal style sink Off the living area is the deck with sweeping ocean views and a literal hop, skip and jump to Bank Street Beach (no beach sticker needed when you can walk!).  Below the deck is a small patio area where you will find the grill and additional seating.
