We offer our guests a completely remodeled luxury villa with a modern floor plan featuring a Gourmet Kitchen, Living Area with new furniture and a 65 inch 4K Smart TV, free wifi, dining for six guests, and a King Master Suite and Guest Suite, both with gorgeous new bathrooms and Smart TVs! There is keyless entry, so no more losing or trying to keep track of keys! The state-of-the-art Kitchen has gorgeous Gaya quartzite countertops; cabinetry with glass door accents and other customized features; fireclay farmhouse sink; Le Creuset and All-Clad cookware; island with countertop and seating for two; and luxury appliances including a 36 inch paneled refrigerator with ice maker; oven and microwave combination, beverage cooler, paneled dishwasher, and front load washer and dryer. The Living Area has new furniture, and the new 65-inch Smart TV to watch all the streaming channels. It opens onto a balcony which has new bar-height furniture carefully chosen to enhance the enjoyment of the courtyard, ocean and sunset views. The Dining Area seats six.
