271 Deer Lake is a lovely one story home located in the north end of Fripp Island in a quiet community. Just a short walk to the pool or playground; this four bedroom, three bath home is perfect for relaxing on the front deck in the rocking chairs gazing into the pond across the street, or enjoy sitting on the screened in porch off the kitchen. Cook your favorite meals in this well appointed kitchen or on the outside grill. A 4 seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit to our unique amenities. Also included with your rental are up to 10 guest cards, with a value of up to USD 500. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including golf and tennis courses, restaurants and bars, swimming pools, and more.
