We wanted properties that would be conveniently located to airport, tranquil, perfect for both couples and business travelers. Located at the Sailport this newly renovated! It is just 10 minutes away from Downtown for your convenience and enjoyment. There's shopping, entertainment, great food, and so much more! Minutes away from Adventure Island, and Old Hyde Park Village. Additionally, it is located near both Clearwater and St. Pete. With one bedroom, the suite features a direct water view as well as a full kitchen and full bath. Incredible view of TampaBay. Enjoy the island living within the beautiful Tampa!
