The renowned, sandy shores of Amelia Island are two short blocks - just a few minutes' stroll - from this light-filled condo in the charming coastal town of Fernandina Beach. This is a spot for a relaxing and memorable escape, with a beautiful swimming pool, sundeck, and tennis court on the grounds. This two-story condo is a delight for beach-goers, with the Atlantic Ocean within easy walking distance. Spend your days swimming, sunbathing, and taking in the view from Fort Clinch State Park (half a mile north). The restaurants and boutiques of picturesque downtown Fernandina Beach are two miles west as well. Whether you're starting the morning with a mug of coffee or arriving home from the beach in the afternoon, you'll find a wonderful spot to unwind outside on the fenced patio. Sit down for an alfresco dinner at the table before moving upstairs to the balcony for a glass of wine at sunset. The main living spaces are on the first floor, including a well-appointed kitchen, a dining room, and an inviting living room where you can stream movies on the smart TV or work out a new tune on the piano. Leave the day's swimsuits in the care of the washer/dryer and retreat to three bedrooms upstairs (all with TVs) - one of which is a primary suite with its own bathroom and balcony. Central air conditioning and complimentary WiFi are provided as well. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
