The hotel is less than 10 min walk from the subway station that take you to midtown. We stayed there for a week and we didn’t have any complaints. The room was ok size and was cleaned daily. We had a nice stay. Btw on the road from hotel to subway station there is a malaysian restaurant and the food is amazing.

It appeared very clean. Although it’s not an “amenities” hotel, the rooms and communal areas are neat and clean. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. Even though we had a room with the Manhattan bridge outside our window where a train would pass it was not too loud. It was more “white noise” and actually helped us sleep!

My expectations were low because of varied reviews, but the hotel and the room were fantastic! It was a 4th-floor room with windows facing East Broadway and a great view of the Manhattan Bridge. The rooms were a great size, not narrow or cramped. Two queen beds and plenty of space to walk around. The bathroom was a great size with a full-sized tub and shower that had great pressure. You could and we did sometimes take a 20-minute hot shower.
