This is an exceptionally well organized and equipped small inn. A lot of thought has gone into the rooms to make staying there easy and relaxing. Breakfast had lots of options and was well prepared. Hosts were friendly but not at all intrusive. Answered our questions about places to eat/go and every suggestion that we tried was spot-on!

What’s not to love about Abbey’s? Amazing location, quiet and serene woodsy scenery, yet only a couple minutes away from the fun and excitement of the casinos and Mystic Village! Makes you feel right at home from the moment you pull in. We stayed in the Mystic room and could not have fallen more in love. It felt like we were coming home for the holidays with the coziness and warmth of the property, the room and Erika and Peter of course! The jetted tub in the room set everything off and made it extra special. We were there for our “babymoon” and we have never felt so relaxed and peaceful. Breakfast each morning was amazing, the bed was comfortable and everything was CLEAN! It left us wanting for nothing and we will definitely be back!

The room was cozy, the sheets were soft and clean. The bathtub was nice, and the fireplace was beautiful. Breakfast was delicious with a good assortment of options. The owners were more than pleasant and kind. It was 5 minutes from Foxwoods and about 15-20 from Mohegan. We were also a short drive from Mystic. Just far enough from each where it is still quiet and you don’t get the business and noise of the casinos.

Everything I love everything about this place! So comfortable! Very clean! Such a private place and so quite! Very close to Foxwoods yet still in a quite hidden area! Loved that the owners took time in saying hello and making sure we had everything and anything to make us even more comfortable! Delicious breakfast as well!

    Hello. We allow children who are 13 years and older. We do make exceptions with the Cottage which is separate from the main house.

The location is the best. Just a short drive to all the best spots in the Mystic, Connecticut area. Our large property is a private retreat, away from the crowds with miles of onsite hiking trails, bonfire pits, hammocks, gardens, and woodlands.
