I had a previous hotel booked and felt so uncomfortable that I had to switch. I'm so happy I picked the AC Hotel. Immediately I felt comfortable and safe. The staff was so cheerful and informative. The room had music playing as I walked in which made me smile. It was clean, warm, comfortable and modern. A beautiful room with a central location to Downtown Portland. We walked to the mall for shopping, coffee around the corner and dinner down the street. Valet was super quick and helpful as well. The only downside was parking but they made it easy and swift, so I didn't have to worry about the safety of my car. Couldn't be more thankful for this safe and comforting hotel.

The rooms were clean and spacious. I like the hardwood vs carpet. The gym facilities were great too. I specially liked the hydration stations. These should be in every single hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful.
