Location was ideal for me; no coffee maker in room but many options for coffee within 50 yards so this didn’t bother me. Room view was great. Furnishings were fine.

The room was cute, the bed super comfortable. The staff was pleasant and attentive. I asked for additional pillows and they had one but needed one more. Within an hour they were at our room with the additional pillow. The place is very close to the red line (which is great since we were going to the game at Wrigley) restaurants and shopping. My wife and I try to come up to Chicago every year and this place will be in our book of favorite places to stay..

Location and amenities were great. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The location was fantastic, right near the El stop and a short walk from my office. The ambiance of the hotel was great and I enjoyed all the little aesthetic features. The provided toiletries also smelled amazing.
