In December 1994, Robert and Wanda were married in the former house that stood at the location of the main lodge. Today, we host many families who are in town for their family member's wedding. We even have a nice outdoor space, perfect for a small garden wedding.

In 1994, the residential property that would become Acorn Hill was purchased. We are family owned and my husband, Robert, has built the property from the ground up. Our property has ten spacious guest rooms in the main lodge, an on-site spa and salon, a restaurant and an event center. We host guests from all over the world, whether in need of lodging for a day, a week, a month, or event longer. Acorn Hill is also a perfect location for an off-site meeting for a day or multiple days. We are conveniently located in Lynchburg, Virginia, just minutes from many businesses, schools and churches.

Neighborhood info

We are located off the beaten path, but just minutes from anywhere in Lynchburg! Our surroundings are peaceful and there is much greenery in the area. And we have ducks on our pond, and owls in our trees! Come and experience what makes Acorn Hill such a special retreat....
