Welcome to Mandy's place, this is a penthouse property with 3 goodsize bedrooms and 2 luxury bathroom suites. With this property you have a large patio area with dining furniture where you can relax of a evening with a meal or drinks in total privacy. Fully enclosed for safety purposes. PLEASE NOTE THIS PROPERTY IS ON 3RD FLOOR WITH NO ELEVATORS SO ANYONE WITH MOBILITY ISSUES MAY FIND THIS A PROBLEM. On the plus side you have no overhead noise and very private as an end unit and not overlooked. Vacasa is our onsite management team so any problems you may encounter are dealt with swiftly. Plus you have full use of all amenities onsite free of charge which is a big plus when booking my apartment. Bahama Bay is a great place to stay with something for everyone. If you enjoy fishing we have a dock where you can fish (license needed). If you enjoy sports we have all the facilities. Or if you just want to relax there are plenty of pools and sunbeds for you to choose from. We also have a man-made beach overlooking the beautiful Lake Davenport. Take a stroll around the outstanding lakes on property and watch the wildlife. Children are very welcome and have facilities just for them. A play park which is at the end of my block, a splashpad waterpark which is gated and separated from main pools. Restaurants and shopping are very close, within a 10 minutes drive. Major theme parks are a short drive away. Traffic sometimes is an issue. You will not be disappointed with your stay at Bahama Bay and I hope to host you very soon.
My home on Bahama Bay is very comfortable with all the home comforts you could possibly need. Its somewhere where you can relax after a day at the parks or shopping. I upgrade all appliances and crockery very regular. Cleaning is a high priority and after each guest stay a team of professional cleaners go in and take care of this for me. I do not take a damage deposit but after departure property is checked, if any damage or breakages you will be billed accordingly. I live in the United Kingdom so any messages that are sent to me will always be answered but there may be a slight delay as time differences.
The neighborhood is in Davenport which is a lovely area with shops and restaurants and the US 27 and the 192 to all routes ie Disney/Universal and out of Orlando.
