The reserving guests (guest that makes the booking) will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement and a Liability Waiver form prior to stay. These will be sent via email to the address used to book stay.
Spacious Hatteras Island cottage with an expansive great room and two bedrooms that have ocean views.
Under the cottage is a bonus Clubhouse with ping pong, TV, Bluetooth speaker, outdoor games, large outdoor seating area, BBQ area, and a place to put your surfing gear.
The cottage includes public access right across from the driveway to the beach. There are tons of restaurants within walking distance from the house, as well as the Koru Spa. in 2023 guest will have access to the Kinnakeet pool.
