My first morning there I hit the breakfast area just a few minutes of when it was closing the guy sitting behind the desk had been watching TV in the room off the office, as soon as I got my coffee he hurried and cleaned up the breakfast, he didnt ask me if I was going to get anything or advise me to get something because he was closing it down, I found this extremely rude.

Didn’t get much sleep because of drunk and playing loud music to the wee hours in the morning. Even told the gentleman who checked me out that I had a bad. Isn’t. All he said was he heard it was loud. Realized I won’t be staying there. Again.

My husband and I were very displeased with the spa suite, considering we were unable to use the spa. Had I known that, I would have paid much less for a room without a spa in it. When we arrived in the evening, I had to clean the tub (not something a guest should have to do.) After filling the tub, I realized the fresh water was grey with black settlement at the bottom of the tub. I drained the spa and my husband cleaned it again. Thinking that perhaps it simply hadn't been run in awhile, we tried to fill it again. Same issue. After 2 hours of cleaning and retrying, we gave up on that part of our romantic stay. In fact, the moment I had to clean, the romance began to die. $20 off doesn't fix the lost time relaxing together away from the kids. Add that to the fact that every pillow should have been replaced many many nights ago. We literally slept on pillows that resembled a bag full of hard cotton balls. The fact that new pillows have been stocked but haven't been placed in the rooms makes matters worse. The halls were very run down and the carpets in the halls and stairwell were dirty. The light switch by the door didn't work either. The only saving grace was the fact that the room looked recently updated and they offered waffles at the continental breakfast. When I told the staff of my disappointment, I was told at the front desk that even management wouldn't give me more money off than what I received ($20) since the hotel was full. Hmmm... It wasn't when I reserved my room. Even if it was, I would have went elsewhere or home. A spa-less spa suite isn't worth more than a spa-less hotel room... Period. Photos of the grey water and settlement are attached. You can clearly see my foot print in the tub.

There was no cart. I had to haul everything to my room a little at a time. The bolt lock didn’t work. There wasn’t even enough hot water to wash my face. I asked for housekeeping to not clean the room, I would let them know if I needed anything. They came in while I was at work. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and motels and always ask for no housekeeping, this is the first time I wasn’t listened to.

Room was very damp, air conditioner couldn't keep up - it's like it was blowing water out. Sheets and everything in the room were damp. Continental breakfast was very limited- not much selection.
Room was clean. Staff were friendly. Easy to get to off the interstate.

Lower rate was posted on Bookings.com that day but they would not change my rate. Envelope in room requested a tip from the cleaning staff requesting a tip. Very little toilet in the room.

I stayed for 3 days and on my second night the lights went out due to the storm, the girl working had no idea what she was doing and was not prepared for it, she lead me to believe that I couldn't get into my room because none of the cards were working, then after complaining she told me she had a master key to let us in. They had a young wedding party there who were playing their music in the parking lot until all hours of the night, the fire alarm went off not once but twice, I had to tell her to do something with the people in the parking lot wasn't fair to other guest, she told me there was nothing she could do, while they were running up and down the halls, yelling and laughing and playing their music so loudly in the parking lot it sounded like they were in the next room. Then when I checked out they had my dates wrong and were trying to charge for the next night stating I was checking out early when I wasn't. . I will never stay at this place again. I asked a man who was cleaning rooms if I could have some clean towels and he told me only if I gave him the dirty ones. Talk about customer service or lack there of.
