United States of AmericaHotel room was larger than I expected; I liked that there was a small refrigerator in the room; the bathroom was large and modern with grab bars in the walk-in shower (great for older people like myself); complimentary bottle water available. Location of the hotel in Midtown Manhattan--perfect--easy access to subway stations, theaters, restaurants (9th Ave near 54th St.!!). Annabelle at the front desk was very kind and even offered me a hot water pot when I registered.

United States of AmericaI really enjoyed my stay, brief as it was. Room was cozy, bed comfy (soft) and bathroom great. Yes it’s small but it’s NYC. And - the windows open! Small thing but I love it. HVAC was good. The staff was amazing, especially Sebastian and Sergi who helped with an early check in and withholding my bags. Great location - easy walk to MOMA and the E train express to the AirTrain to JFK.
