SudáfricaGood location and good sized rooms which was just right for a small family vacation in NYC. Comfortable and unobtrusive staff who are always happy to help.
SingapurStaff has been very willing to help. I would stay there again. We booked "big bus tour" from the front desk including 2 additional items. Unfortunately when we arrived at the stop, we were directed to go their office at Madam Tussaud because these 2 additional items could only be printed there, which is about 20 mins walk. It took us 1 hour to get it done and another 40 mins queuing for the bus from there. By the time we were in the bus, it was already about 2 hours after we left the hotel. New York had the record hot days that week and the bus had NO aircon, surprisingly and totally unexpected. We feedback the front desk after we got back to hotel and they were so sorry to hear that. In the end, the front desk managed to refund the full amount for us.

Very helpful and obliging staff. Probably the most comfortable hotel beds on the market. The free mini-bar (water and soft drinks) is a nice touch, so is the footbath after a long day walking around the city. Andaz 5th ave. is our hotel of choice in Manhattan, we have been coming back every year for 5 years now.

Room had fantastic views, was well designed with a bright and airy feel. Good gym too. Location was perfect.
