Staying in Kingman for New Years Eve on our way to Sedona. The hotel checked all the boxes: friendly staff, easy check in, clean room and working wifi. Location is a quick drive to supermarkets and a short walk to some restaurants. Good stay overall.

The staff were incredible. This appears to be a family run business. They were great at check-in. There was another group checking in ahead of us and to avoid keeping us waiting another person came out to check us in at the same time. We had a burned out light bulb. I let the front desk know and within just a few minutes they were there to change the bulb. I would have rated 10 rather than 8, but this is a budget property so it was basic. It was clean. The beds were comfortable.

Arizona Inn is dated but very nicely maintained and very clean. We prefer places like this, and it's very close to the downtown historic district, museums, and visitor center. The staff was courteous, and our room was comfortable.
