Upon arrival, which was earlier than normal check-in time, the front desk staff informed us that our room was not ready (expected response), however, they could upgrade us to a different room that was ready immediately! It was beautiful! We had a view of both the pool & the ocean. The pool area is like a beautiful tropical garden/forest with birds, flowers, trees, water fall, walking paths, and ambiance galore! I will return!!! :)
