The location and view were amazing! Clean, contemporary, yet cozy!

This property is an ocean front property with many amenities. The owner provided excellent communication before & during rental. Check in was at 2 PM which is very uncommon. The unit was immaculate and extremely well furnished including beach towels, coffee, tea and other items to start our vacation. Having 2 bathrooms was a time-saver for our family of 5.

Owner stayed in touch the entire stay. Convenient location. Kitchen was fully furnished. New appliances, all the amenities of home. Bedrooms were nice & comfortable. Has a washer & dryer in unit. I would highly recommend this property.

Sunrise on Deck is truly your home away from home. The difference is the beach is now your backyard! Make yourself a hot or cold cup of coffee...step onto the balcony and grab a seat in the adirondak chair. Let the sound of the ocean take you away! If you feel like going out hit the boardwalk and ride the sky wheel. While you're at it, take the family to the aquarium or to the upside down house. There is always something to do at Myrtle Beach. My place sits right in the middle of the action. Everything you will need is there. No need to bring any linens, blankets, toilet paper or paper towels. The only thing you need to worry about is whether or not you will be cooking for eating out. My home is your home and I truly hope you enjoy every minute of being there.
It has been a long time dream to own a beach property. With the market the way it is, I didn't hold out much hope. When this beauty came on the market and I knew I wanted to share it. I enjoyed decorating with my guests in mind. I wanted to make sure that when you arrive you feel as relaxed and at home as I do. The beds are comfy and I even have a thick memory foam on the sleeper sofa. I don't know about you but that bar can be a real pain (pun intended!). I imagine the excitement on the faces of my guests when they see the photos before arriving. It is my hope they feel the same level of excitement I get each and every time I visit my little slice of heaven. The furthest I venture when I am there is the pool or the beach. I am not much of an explorer but can be persuaded by my children and grandson to take a jaunt or two to some of the fun places. Come and enjoy my home away from home and all that Myrtle Beach has to offer. It is my hope you will find your happy place at Beach Dayz!
