The multiple restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping! Also the quick response from the Police when we needed them, and we did at SAVANNAH SUITES HOTEL!!! We were LOCKED OUT, and could never get in touch with anyone there! We wound up having to find another hotel at midnite!!!

There are many parks and places to fish in Arvada.
There are many parks and places to fish in Arvada. It is a family friendly town, very close to Golden which has a beautiful walk next to clear creek. Golden also has the Coors Brewery tours along with micro breweries throughout the town. In the summer you can tube down clear creek. Arvada is right down the highway from The National Western Complex and the heart of downtown Denver.JamesUnited States of America

Host Lenny was very responsive, informative and helpful. Home was immaculate; kitchen fully provisioned; beds comfortable, heating/cooling system very efficient. The bungalow is especially perfect for a couple; also ok for 4 adults if don't mind sharing a small bathroom.
