This dog- and family-friendly home features a private pool, fenced back yard, a multi-tiered deck, and a location just across the road from the sparkling sand. Grab some coffee and start the day with a sunrise view of the Gulf from the upper deck, then step inside to the full kitchen to make some breakfast. Eat together at the dining room table or step outside to dine alfresco on the lower deck. When you’re ready for the beach, grab the beach umbrella, chairs, boogie board, and beach gear provided for your use, and transport them easily with the beach cart. Spend the afternoon by the pool and fire up the grill for a family barbecue at night, then relax in the central AC with a little TV in the living room. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
