The apartament has 2 queen size beds, to up 4 guests. It is all tile floor, new furniture, new full size stove/oven and refrigerator, new small appliances too, new a/c. The location is fantastic, side by side with Sun Splash Park, short walk to Ocean Deck and Boardwalk, where will have good food, music, drinks and a lot of fun. You have a free parking (a sticker placed in the windshield is mandatory, we will provide it to you). The building does not accept trailers or motorhomes, if you are traveling with one, special arrangements need to be made. We care about our guest security. The normal building access is between 7AM and 7PM. At 7PM the main doors are locked, but you can still have access thru the Westgate entrance. After 11PM a Building Key is required to enter the building. If you will arrive after 11PM, we need to know in advance to make the arrangements for that. - EXTREMELY NO SMOKING !!

Good food and entertainment is walk distance. Some of this places are Joe`s Crab Shack, Bubba Gumps Shrimp Company, Sloppy Joe`s, Ker`s WingHouse, Cold Stone Creamery, Johnny Rockets, Maytai Bar, Paragon Move theater with My Pi and craft beer Company also Hyde Park Prime steakhouse at the Hilton with high-end grilled meats, seafood, and cocktails.
