This spectacular and completed furnished apartment has one bedroom, one bathroom, a large living room, a spacious kitchen, and a balcony where you can enjoy our complimentary bottle of wine and the view of Sunny Isles. The place comfortably fits up to 4 guests. Includes 2 Smart TVs, wifi, 4 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella, 4 beach towels, linens, bedding, towels, and everything you need to make your vacation unique. The building with resort-style amenities located across the street from the beach, right next to Heritage Park offers parking, a heated pool, a fitness center, mini supermarket, hair salon, children's playroom, tennis court, and coffee shop. Parking is FREE. In order to use the assigned parking space make sure to provide your vehicle information at the time of check-in. A gate clicker is provided inside the unit. At your check-out leave the gate clicker on the key holder inside the unit.
We will send a text including the code to the lockbox or electronic deadbolt and wifi password. We provide a starter kit of supplies only (paper towel, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and soap). If you think you will need more than what is provided, please make sure to bring some with you. The condominium has strict occupancy regulations and we must and will adhere to them. Please abide by the maximum (4 guests). Cleaning fee note: please note the cleaning fee charged is to clean the apartment after your stay (it doesn't include daily cleaning service). NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES, and NO PETS inside the apartment. Violators will be fined.
