Beautiful Chalet close to skiing, snowboarding, sledding, snowshoeing, mountain biking, hiking, golfing, wine tasting, Windham and Hunter Mountain festivals, great restaurants, local lakes, and more. Relax on the beautiful deck while taking in the mountain views or cozy up to the fire pit and enjoy some S'mores. Enjoy a Gorgeous modern kitchen, fireplace and wood burning stove. Many amenities including washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, BBQ, paper products, etc. Free high-speed WiFi. Several free streaming services. Sleeps 11 comfortably. Pet friendly.
I'm a Biology teacher. I am married and we have two wonderful children. We love to do outdoor activities including biking, swimming, boogie boarding, paddle boarding, hiking, bird watching, etc. We try not to stress, we love yoga, we love meeting all types of interesting people, and we love to just live life with all other life.
Windham is a charming country hamlet in the lovely Catskill Mountains. It is central to so many local attractions and provides year-round activities. For the adventurous types there's hiking, mountain biking, skiing, white-water tubing and so much more. It is also within an hours' drive of Cooperstown, Howe Caverns, Woodstock, Olana, and many other local attractions. But if you just want to relax there are lovely easy walks, fantastic restaurants in town, and beautiful mountain views everywhere. It's just a lovely place to visit year round.
