The staff at check in were great! So friendly and eager to help when I needed to shorten my stay. I have stayed at this hotel several times and have been please with the room size and cleanliness of each room. I also feel extremely safe at this hotel. There is a security door to get into the second floor which is an added bonus for me since I stay alone during these trips.

Great location. A few things are walking distance like a grocery store, some chain restaurants and Starbucks. A little farther walk will get you to a movie theater and some non chain restaurants. Nothing fancy, but nice to have some close by options. The rooms are a nice size, clean and neat. The towels are thick and fluffy. Nice size pool and good location. The hotel is easy to find and only a mile to downtown Napa, oxbow market and everything that area has to offer.

The location was ok, had many places to eat within walking distance but not much to go walk and see as in a bit too far to walk to downtown Napa. The gym was decent enough. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, the noise limited, the shower was decent. Overall I would stay again.

    I do apologize but we do not offer a discounter rate for Napa State employees. If they become a Best Western Rewards member they do receive a generous discount on room rates however!
