My husband and I were pleasantly surprised with the room accommodations. We love the balcony. Our beds made and room picked up when we were out. Overall gray stay. One of the cleanest. I recently stayed at a 5 star Hotel in L.A. CA and it wasn’t clean and nice as this room was.

There was an issue with the bathtub plug not working. The staff (named Velvet) instantly came up, saw it couldn't be fixed, and within minutes moved us to a better room at no additional cost.
