This 1,362-square-foot farmhouse was remodeled from top to bottom in 2021 with custom cement kitchen counters and new vinyl plank flooring, furnishings, stainless steel appliances, and outdoor decking. The living space is all on one level, offering central air conditioning, a living room with a gas fireplace and a TV above it, and an open layout that connects to the kitchen and the dining room. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Prep those fresh fruits and vegetables while mingling with your loved ones, get the gas grill going, and find ample space to dine at the breakfast bar, dining room table, or outside on the custom patio deck as the Blue Angels perform overhead. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
