A 43” flat-screen TV sets the scene for movie nights. KITCHEN & DINING Create delectable meals and beach snacks in the pristine kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances as well as ample counter space. Keep the chef company at the four-person kitchen bar. When it’s time to eat, gather at the four-person table. BED & BATH This condo sleeps up to six guests in two bedrooms. The tranquil master bedroom has a king-size bed, 40” TV, and patio access. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination. Sleep soundly in the second bedroom, furnished with an XL twin-over-queen bunk bed with a twin-size trundle and a flat-screen TV. The second bathroom is appointed with a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA Take in canal views on the private balcony. A table seats four to alfresco meals. EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. Parking is available for two cars (one assigned spot in the covered parking area and one unassigned spot in the open parking lot). Trailer parking is prohibited. This unit is located on the third floor. Elevators are available. The fireplace in the living room is not operational. The pools are open seasonally, from Memorial Day to Labor Day. THE LOCATION This conveniently located condo allows you to easily walk to the beach and Northside Park. Stroll to local eateries and popular shops. For additional entertainment, schedule a deep-sea fishing excursion or a parasailing adventure.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 3. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
