Completely remodeled in 2017, the home has gorgeous floors, high-end lighting, and all new furnishings. With the ocean spread out before you, the views don’t get much better than on the private screened lanai -- a front-row seat to spectacular sunsets. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors allow you to enjoy the views from inside the living room as well. Spend quiet evenings lounging on the chic gray couch and watching movies on the 48” flat screen TV with DVD player. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa for two extra guests. The kitchen makes cooking a pleasure with ample prep space on the granite counters. You’ll love the mosaic tile backsplash and beachy gray wood-grain tile floors. Start your day with a cup of coffee and the paper at the high-top glass table with room for four. With one bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa, the condo sleeps four comfortably. The bedroom boasts a queen bed outfitted with a plush headboard and luxurious bedding. It also has a walk-in closet and dresser for storage. Crisp and modern, the full bathroom has a large walk-in shower and plenty of extra storage for linens. The complex has a shared parking lot and each unit has two designated spots. Parking permits are available from the rental office located in the main lobby. Just across the street from Bonita Beach, you’re just a 5-minute walk from sand and surf. The beach has amenities like restrooms, picnic shelters, volleyball courts, and a playground. If you’re looking for an adventure, there are jet ski and kayak rentals available.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 8. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
