This is a brand new house, which was built in 2022. Located in the perfect spot, it is 10 min away from the center of Charlotte and it's close to most of the sightseeing in Charlotte.
Hi, my name is Ali. I love being a host in the beautiful city of Charlotte, NC. I was born in Kazakhstan and relocated to Charlotte a couple of years ago. I loved this city at first sight. Now, I want to share my experience with you, share all the cool places that I've found since I moved to Charlotte. First place, I want to introduce to you is my Airbnb house where I contributed all my love and efforts to make this place perfect to stay in, and hope you enjoy it! The Newland House is easy to find a place. You can get there by using both major highways I-77 or I-85 and there is no need to drive a long time after you pull over from the highways. When you turn into our neighborhood, you’ll see a church with a white dome.
