Staff was nice but not knowledgeable or very efficient
United States of AmericaPools and beach were easy to access. Kids' pool was fun. Good effort from the staff to keep all areas clean by constantly sanitizing and limiting amount of people per area (due to covid).
United States of AmericaEverything . The view of the lake looks just like you were on the boardwalk with a huge water park and amusement park behind you. Has boat rentals a sand bar 5 pools 2 jacuzzi. TGIFridays, perkins, Starbucks, grocery store, lake amusement park all attached. If you and your family can't have fun here you can't have fun anywhere. Absolutely amazing.

United States of AmericaGreat location, easy access to the beach, outdoor pools and kids area were terrific, suite with balcony was expensive but nice for the week, fridge/freezer and microwave were convenient, wonderful friendly staff who did their best to keep people distanced and monitored capacity at the pools, clean facilities throughout, lovely grounds and boardwalk, beach was nice and clean. No housekeeping service for the week due to Covid but they always brought clean towels and took the trash as needed. Temp checks every two days for guests and colored wristbands were required (and checked by staff) which again was appreciated during these times, masks required inside, staff did their best to keep everyone safe and adhere to the rules but there are always those who think rules don't apply.
