I was born and raised in Germany and moved to Los Angeles 16 years ago for school. I've since made it my home and have been fortunate enough to remodel a lovely house in Venice Beach. Neighbourhood information

The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet but just a minute walk from Venice Blvd. and all of its action. You will have two guest bikes available to you to cruise down the beach. Parking is easily available in front of the house. Uber is the best way to explore the city without a car and outside of the Beach areas.
