Bristol was in a great location. The staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of shopping, restaurants and bars. The town has a free shuttle to the mountain for skiing and to the Old Town Hot Springs!!

The location is perfect for being in town and close to the mountain. The hotel is charming and the sitting areas were very comfortable and like home. The staff are wonderful and very hospitable. Parking was easy and the breakfast items were perfect.

We ended up at the Bristol due to a broken rim on our motorcycle that took 3 days to take care of. The staff were exceptional and accommodating when we had to extend our stay. They were always friendly and helpful. Our rooms were very comfortable and the hotel has a nostalgic feel with the decor. Excellent location downtown, easy walk to everything. I can't thank Hailey and the staff enough for everything they did for us while we were there and I highly recommend this hotel.

    We do have a microwave in the lobby that our guests can use but the rooms do not have them.

  • do you have shuttle service that runs back and forth from your hotel to the ski lifts?
    We personally do not but the city bus runs from downtown to the mountain for free and we are a half a block from the closest bus stop.

    The pet friendly room has wood floors, whereas the regular one has a carpeted floor.
