Cute place, great location and very friendly and professional staff. The only negative was narrow stairs but there were other rooms on the first floor and a cute cottage out back. If stairs are a problem, just make sure you let them know when booking.

Great location, just a quick walk to all of the restaurants & shops. Once we parked at the inn we walked everywhere. The inn felt very homey and they have so many seating areas around the yard and patio to just chill and enjoy the peacefulness.

Ron and Julie were wonderful! The Inn itself was beautiful, and our room was most comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. The breakfast nook was perfect for a light breakfast before hitting the road. Oatmeal, fruit, tea, Biscotti, etc . . . The cool town of Nevada City was within EASY walking distance. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!

The facility was very cute and accommodating. The stairs are steep but it's worth it to climb the stairs to your darling room. Our bed was ooooh-sooo comfortable and we loved that we woke up to a lovely view out the window of a large sycamore tree. The coffee room was great and there was delicious coffee available to us. And the nearby garden was so lovely...and we enjoyed sitting there and enjoying the views even though it was 46 degrees when we were there. Great place! Go for it!

The inn is perfect. Every detail has been thought out so your every need is taken care of. It is visually delicious -- the warm colors of the walls, the artwork, the beautiful reading lamps over the bed. The owners, Julie & Ron, are friendly and warm and their caring touch is everywhere. I would come back in a second!

This inn is so amazing, I wish I could have stayed longer. The owners were so friendly, welcoming and helpful with local recommendations. The room was spacious and beautiful and very clean. The back patio was lovely and had plenty of places to sit and enjoy the beauty. The coffee/tea/breakfast area was well stocked and even had homemade biscotti. The decor is cute and cozy and it was such a welcoming environment and relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

This was the 2nd time I was able to stay at the Broadstreet Inn in Nevada City. This is a charming and welcoming place where I immediately feel relaxed and at peace. The owners are accommodating and friendly. This property is a perfect location within the historic district that has wonderful shops, restaurants and bars. The rooms are comfortable and very beautifully decorated and I love going out to the backyard to enjoy my morning coffee.

  • Traveling alone. Can I be confident I'll get parking next to location?
    Hi There! We are located on a corner lot, so there is parking in front and alongside the Inn. It is all public parking and it ebbs and flows throughout the day and evening. We are happy to assist when we know of your eta. We can put out orange cones if necessary. Thank you and we look forward to your stay with us!

  • I'm trying to travel light with mid-winter and layered clothing. Are there laundry facilities on premises to do a wash or two and a dryer?
    Hi there! We do not have laundry facilities unfortunately. There is a laundromat with a mile of downtown Nevada City. I hope that helps!

    There is a sunroom area at the end of the hall with fresh brewed coffee in the morning as well as a Keurig machine. The sun room also features a small refrigerator, icemaker, filtered water, dishes, toaster, oatmeal, popcorn, fresh fruit and biscotti

  • Hello, do you have fridges?
    We have a small fridge in the sunroom for guest's shared use. There is also another fridge for guest's use downstairs adjacent to the patio area. The sunroom has glassware, dishes, silverware, etc. There is also a microwave and toaster.
