Breakfast started promptly at 6am that was perfect especially after a morning walk on the beautiful beach, then shower. The breakfast area was clean, a variety of choices. The pool and spa clean water felt great. All night Coffee bar awesome. Early check-in a plus, check out with ease. The front desk staff super nice and very attentive, exceeding our need. The Suite is spacious, neat and clean. The location perfect close to shopping areas. We will definitely be vacation again. Very pleased with stay!

I loved the location. I wanted to be right on the beach, and we were. The facility was very clean although we would have loved to been able to use the pool but it was under construction. It was quiet and we sat on the balcony a lot during our stay. The rooms were spacious and the beds were so soft and comfy.

The beach itself was super clean and perfect.
The beach itself was super clean and perfect. Many great places to eat, shop, and things to do. Nearby food markets to get supplies to cook at the hotel. The hotel we stayed in was not what I expected and there were too many kids running over the facility unsupervised in the pool and adult areas like the hot tub and steam room.

Beautiful white sand - blue clean water - extremely spacious & roomy beach - steps from hotel so family felt very safe - well patrolled & consistently clean. Visitors followed rules & had good manners. So thankful to discover Orange Beach - a true gem!

View of beach, beach access, location, the King size bed! What didn’t like was no deck furniture and not good water pressure in shower! Outside that , could use a recliner in the living room! We brought our EBikes and basically road them every and left the truck parked! Road to Some parks and restaurants! Saved us on gas too , being able to do this! The Cobalt restaurant about a mile from our stay was our favorite restaurant!I would avoid riding bikes to Big Mikes Restaurant! There weren’t any bike trails on the road going there, but the Restaurant is really great!

We've been going to Orange Beach to get away from the crowds...
We've been going to Orange Beach to get away from the crowds at other beaches for the last couple of years, very clean, the beaches are beautiful and a lot to do with the grand kids if you go into Gulf Shores! Really enjoy eating at Doc's Seafood and Shrimp Shack on the bay whenever we get down (haven't eaten at the one across from the beach). We like to go down after school starts around September/October, it's not as crowded and less expensive.

Love Orange Beach! Very pleasant! Bubba's Sea Food is an awesome place to eat. I really enjoyed their food. This was a very nice family vacation!! We stayed at Summerhouse! The complex is a wonderful place to stay! They have an indoor pool & outdoor pool. Grilling area, gym! All in all the property I rate a 10. But however! Stay AWAY from 1405A @ Summerhouse. This unit is dirty! The cookware is rusted! The cookware had left over dried up food on several items. The dinner room chairs has meldew on them. The floors will turn your feet black after having a shower. There was a 2liter bottle under the mattress with purple liquid in it. The bunk bed top rails was unsafe! The queen bed was so wobbly, I'm surprised it didn't fall to the floor. The rental company VHC is a complete crooked company! I do not recommend VHC OR UNIT 1405A to anyone! I will not EVER rent from VHC again. I posted some pics.
