This Unit is located on the first floor overlooking our beautiful bay. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. Walking distance from the hospital, downtown park and the beach. Come and relax in our newly renovated home.

You’ll be within walking distance of Cole Park, the bayfront and Christus Spohn Shoreline Hospital. And just 10 minutes to the downtown bayfront and the business district. Here you’ll find… restaurants, bars, live music, museums, and art galleries. Also, the Texas State Aquarium, the USS Lexington Museum, Selena Museum McGee beach, the Sea Wall Promenade, and the T-heads. Heading 10 minutes in the other direction, along Shoreline Dr, you’ll find Texas A&M Island University, the Naval Air Station (NAS) and adventuring further its about 15-20 mins to the beautiful and diverse beaches on the Gulf of Mexico.
