A 3bd 2bath 1 office 1452 Sq Ft Single family home. while this adorable home is a perfect get away for you and the family, Its location makes it easy for you to get around. You are only: 5 mins to Down town Salinas and Steinbeck Museum Center. 10 mins to the River Road Wine trail 15 mins to Laguna Seca Raceway 17 mins Monterey/Canary Row/Monterey Bay Aquarium 30 minutes to Carmel by the Sea, Pacific Grove and Pebble beach 40 mins to Santa Cruz, Big Sur and The Pinnacles National Park. 3 to 23 miles to Golf courses Over 29 to chose from examples;Jack Nicholas, Poppy Hills, Spanish Bay, Pebble Beach, Quail Lodge, Black Horse While the home is equipped to host 8 people, we think the perfect group size is 5-6. We're happy to host all 8 but keep in mind it will be a little cozier. Lush + private fenced backyard Cozy living room with leather couches. Roku Steaming so you can sign into your favorite platforms like Youtube, Netflix, Amazon prime etc ... Monopoly board game and books.
