“What breakfast? Motel was in a quiet location with easy access to downtown. Bed very comfortable; enjoyed two good night of rest. The kitchen area was well stocked with equipment. Liked the decor; the outside paint job, the bedding.”

“The location and facilities were perfect! Just a 5 minute (max) walk to Lido Beach. They even provide you with beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, a cooler, and a wagon to transport it all to the beach. They have thought of everything! The shared patio area between the units is really nice, has a tarp covering for really sunny days to get some shade, and is a great place to hang out. The location is perfect for walking to anywhere on Lido Key, including St. Armand Square and the bridge back to the mainland (which is a popular walking/biking route). The unit was clean and appeared to be recently renovated. All the dishes and utensils we needed were provided. They provided a Keurig and coffee pods (PLUS!). The bed was a newer foam mattress and very comfortable. The AC/Heat unit was new and worked really well. The windows still opened and allowed for plenty of airflow on nice days. The staff was very friendly and attentive.”

“We were a last minute check-in for a large group of people. This hotel is more of a boutique hotel and doesn’t frequently accept last minute check-ins for large groups. Having said that, the owner came to the property personally to ensure everything went smooth demonstrating a huge show of support and dedication to the comfort of his guests. We are very grateful.”
