Relax in a piece of paradise. Direct Ocean front Penthouse and luxurious one bedroom apartment A beautiful luxurious penthouse and an amazing one bedroom with panoramic views of the ocean from every room. Direct ocean front building with beach access. Enjoy the beautiful sunrise on the beach, relax and disconnect in this one of a kind condo all for yourself. Building is on famous Collins avenue close to fountain-blue hotel in the heart of Miami Beach accessible to all attractions of this beautiful city. The minute you step in you will fall in love with this place. Very open and spacious unit 1,200sq ft of space with high ceilings and all amenities needed for an amazing stay. Second condo is 700sq ft one bedroom with direct ocean views from all rooms. Downstairs you can enjoy the beach and you have direct access to it along with beach chairs umbrellas and towels. You can also enjoy the Tikki bar and pool or the famous Turkish Bath house in the hotel where you can relax and unwind in the Sauna and spa services. On the lower lobby you have access to convenient stores, bike rentals. And best of all you have free Valet-parking which is absolutely rare in this area!
