Daily specials and weekly features are available and include The Surf & Turf on Monday, a Wagyu Grade Tomahawk Tuesday and Wednesday Live Kona-Cold Whole Lobster. WSW also features an impressive list of exclusive fine wines and whiskeys, with wines not found elsewhere in the state and whiskeys from around the world. A floor-to-ceiling walk-around glass display showcases the restaurant’s worldly selections of wines and spirits. The display also houses a signature Whiskey Cart, from which hand-picked selections will be poured table-side to the delight of guests.
