We spent six nights at Channel Road Inn with our small family. Location is awesome as the beach is just few blocks away, the neighbourhood is quiet and Santa Monica downtown is in walking distance. Breakfast was great and varying every morning. Best part of the stay was the STAFF, everyone was really really helpful and friendly.

Beautiful old house, felt like a bed & breakfast inn. Room was on the third level with trees all around. Very private and decorated nicely. Food was delicious too and has friendly staff. Close to the beach too.

Each morning, a beautiful breakfast was prepared. There was a lovely egg dish plus a pastry -- either a scone, biscotti, cake, etc. -- as well as fruit, yogurt, granola, and toast. The meal was made with love and care, and we enjoyed it very much.
