Early check-in is always subject to availability, as determined on day of arrival. Contact the hotel directly for availability.
For late arrivals, The front desk (reception) is always staffed 24 hours. If you have not arrived by 16:00, the debit or credit card on file may be charged for the first night’s room and tax. If your reservation is not guaranteed, or if the hotel is unable to charge the card on file for the first night of your stay, your reservation will be cancelled. Paid reservations will remain in place until 12:00 of the following day; you must inform the hotel if you expect to arrive after 12:00 on the following day or your reservation for the remaining nights will be cancelled. Requests to reinstate cancelled reservations are subject to availability; the original rate and/or room type may not be available.
Please note late check-out of 13:00 is the latest check-out time and is always subject to availability, as determined on day of departure. Your booking for the previous night includes parking until 17:00 on day of departure. Luggage storage is possible, free of charge.
Mail and packages less than 15 pounds that are received and collected on day of arrival or during your stay, including day of departure, are complimentary. Standard mail envelopes, overnight envelopes, and post cards that are received prior to arrival, or are not collected day of delivery, are subject to a handling and storage fee.
