This place is not for a family or kids because the night we staied there they had hookers, loid music and noise throughout the night. This place sucks. they advised me if I want my money back to contact Booking.com and they will send them a email and Days inn will refund my second night, that was a lie, they I contacted Booking.com costermer service and they lied also by telling me they will get me refund in ten days, that was another lie.

we were there for our Son's wedding so we were in festive mode anyway.
We also stayed at a hotel in Otay Ranch Town Center which was much closer to all of the Wedding activities and Wedding. Lots of good places to eat and things to do there.
We like the Rambler because it is more centrally located to all of the San Diego area and is really easy to get in and out of. We prefer to stay at Hotels that are not the homogenous chain type and that have a more local flavor which The Rambler certainly has. We look forward to our next stay at the Rambler. We hope it's soon.

I loved everything around, wish we've stayed longer but what a comfortable hotel for the little hours we were in it, definitely going back soon! It had a lot of places nearby to check out plus the border being near by is definitely a plus!

The bathroom is infested with cucarachas / 🪳 roaches
They were everywhere on top of the sink and on my tooth brush I had to trowed it away
The complete bathroom had an horrible smell
I asked for a king size bed and I got a queen size
Not a single chair to sit on
There was no comforter !
I will not stay at this hotel again !!
I sure would love to have my money back
But I know it would be to much to ask .

Horrible experience, first of all at checkin the credit card...
Horrible experience, first of all at checkin the credit card machine wasn’t working so the employee send me to the nearest gas station to get cash from an ATM. After I did that we went to our room and as soon as we open the door we notice water on the flood and the room smelled funny. The AC unit was leaking. The bathroom door don’t have a handle nor a lock, just a freaking whole where the handle goes. There was also a water Roach on the bathroom wall. After all that I honestly couldn’t stay there any longer and we ended up leaving after paying $80 dollars for the night.
The room provided to us was spacious and comfortable, perfectly accommodating our family’s needs. Even though it was cold, however around 2 pm the pool was a hit with the whole family. We appreciated the child-friendly menu options in the restaurant. What made our stay especially enjoyable was the hotel’s location. It was conveniently situated close to family attractions and parks, making our outings stress-free and fun. The staff was also incredibly helpful in recommending kid-friendly activities and sites to visit in the area.
super dirty and we found 2 big cockroaches at 1 am at night ..and the room was dirty and it stink las crap had to go buy a candle that’s how nasty it smell ,and it was expensive too for what we got ,never again don’t come here motel 6 is way better and cheaper heads up guys worse hotel for us and we made sure we told the front desk and she said you should of said something we were like how it was 1 am for what all the rooms are the same nasty
Room was big and very clean. And nicely decorated. Super friendly staff. No breakfast but nice coffeehouse where you can get discount if you are staying in the hotel. Free cruiser bikes for the day. Cycling from hotel to Coronado is feasible via South (25km one way on flat bike lanes). The surroundings seem sketchy but only 3mn walk from E Street Blue line trolley stop. Felt safe all the way. Nice sunset and seaview.
With the AC on it drowned out all of the outside noise, the room itself was actually clean, it was comfortable and very cheap for a 4 day stay even my baby enjoyed just playing in the room during the time we weren’t out. Also it’s very close to everything we went to stay for Sesame place and it was pretty close so was the mall restaurants stores and gas stations. Staff was very quick to respond, friendly and helpful
It’s a family owned hotel so their hospitality is very unique. They go out of their way to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Not much amenities, it’s really just a place to sleep and more on exploring the town.
Absolutely stunning hotel.. excellent location for all the main tourist visiting spots. Safe and clean.. it’s on a new part of the city and it’s really lovely. We walked with the kids to get food and ice cream.
Beautiful Hotel. Staff is great. Rooms are clean with fresh towels. Free Breakfast in the morning. Lot's of shopping around the area. Very nice gym area with a view from the 3rd floor. Will stay there again.
Room was big and very spacious. Very clean as well and the staff was super friendly. Located in a fairly okay area, walking distance to a Denny's also which was great for a late night meal.
This hotel was a home away from home!! Also some of the best coffee I’ve ever had. The staff was so wonderful and so extremely accommodating we were so lucky to stay there.
Ok for a night, rudimentary room, bed was ok. Bathroom as so often in the cheaper hotels not uptodate and in bad shape - still usable but definitely due for replacement
Friendly staff. Helpful advice on where to eat. Housekeeper was friendly and engaging. Best place to stay when in Chula Vista! Good size rooms (suite).
