Such a beautiful old building. It has been renovated and decorated very tastefully. Really comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast croissants were fresh out of the oven and crunchy. The hosts are absolutely delightful. I would highly recommend this property.

The Chapter House Inn is located on historic Old King’s Highway in Yarmouth Port, MA which is centrally located in the heart of Cape Cod. It occupies a stately, 3-story property dating from the 17th century. This inn is located near year-round restaurants, theatre, golf courses, tennis courts, churches, antiques shops, and many historic points of interest. The Inn is convenient to both fresh and salt-water beaches. At the inn, you can explore Cape Cod's history, stroll Yarmouth Port's 60 acres of nature trails, bask in the sun or just relax on our porch or in our bar.

Debuting more than 300 years later as Cape Cod’s newest boutique hotel, the 21-room inn is ideally situated on Old King’s Highway and just a short drive away from the Cape’s top destination attractions and beaches. Baxter Hospitality is a family-owned and runs hospitality company founded with the intention to inspire authentic, community-centric travel experiences through thoughtful boutique accommodations and genuine service culture.
