United States of AmericaIt is right on Tiana bay. The cottages are so clean and perfect for staying apart from other guests during this COVID pandemic. The staff is amazing and the grounds and rooms are spotless.
United States of AmericaThe room was beautiful and clean, very comfortable. Beautifully appointed furnishings. Cute little breakfast table facing the bay. Refrigerator and microwave. Amazing internet and super cable with Netflix and many prime channels. Plenty of space for clothing and a closet with iron and ironing board. Bathroom had very nice toiletries and exceptionally clean. Blow dryer in bathroom and plenty of cabinet space. Picnic area with BBQ and picnic tables, fire pit by the bay, basketball hoop, ice machine, soda machine. nice boat slip. Gorgeous property. Well maintained. The staff and owners were incredibly friendly and helpful. It is a wonderful establishment I would highly recommend it, and will always stay here when visiting the Hamptons.

United States of AmericaThe view was great from the balcony, located right on the bay. Nice pool, with access to bathroom if you have already checked out. You can use their paddle boat for free with a reservation. They have a great little basketball court right on the water. We stayed in a two bedroom room and had a great stay. The pull out couch is horrible though so I would bring air mattress if someone was to sleep on that.
United States of AmericaColonial Shores Resort is an affordable stay in the Hamptons area. The buildings are very simple but they did an amazing job inside rooms. Rooms are so cozy and clean (above and beyond), spacious and welcoming. Staff is helpful as super nice. I would recommend it to my friends and would stay again for sure!
