Built in 1900 as one of the first homes in the area, this property has a lengthy local history. In fact, it was once a fishing shack where fisherman would stay in the middle of their adventures. Today, it boasts a wonderful location close to Point Independence Beach (a third of a mile), live music and activities at Onset Beach (less than a mile), Water Wizz of Cape Cod (two miles), and the Bourne Bridge (four miles). The outdoor spaces are something truly special, giving you the feeling you've stepped back in time.
